Established in 1979 originally as Shuttleworth Builders, by Jack Shuttleworth, the family firm ran as successful housebuilders for 30 years in the North West. With grandad Dougie (Douglas Clegg) as chair of Federation of Master Builders, it had to stay in the family. After Jack's retirement in 2010, his daughter, Sarah, took over the company focusing on residential maintenance management for local lettings agencies. We now provide project or longer term management services for local council, private landlords and letting agencies in all building maintenance matters. We have building surveyors, skilled and professional trades available for works in the North West and now the South East. We also offer online and in-person building management and basic maintenance training  for tenants to lettings agents, local councils and private landlords and colleges to ensure tenants are fully confident and ready to rent.
